At Egypt Trains, we follow a "Single Source" policy to ensure the highest level of accuracy. All schedules, prices, and train numbers are fetched directly from the Egyptian National Railway Authority database — the only official source we rely on.

We use a multi-stage verification process to maintain data integrity:

1. Primary verification: Direct comparison with the Authority's official sources
2. Technical processing: Restructuring raw data into a searchable interface without modifying core schedules or values
3. Continuous monitoring: Automated consistency checks and periodic review
4. Quality assurance: Validation protocols to ensure train numbers match their actual announced routes

3. Update Frequency

Different data types are updated at varying frequencies to balance accuracy and efficiency:

• Schedule data: Updated immediately upon any official changes (summer/winter schedules, additional trains)
• Prices: Updated as soon as any official tariff changes are announced
• Station information: Facility details and contact information — periodic updates
• Static data: Train types and route maps — updated as needed

4. Independence

We are an independent service website not affiliated with the Egyptian National Railway Authority. We derive our strength from accurately transmitting official data and making it available to travelers quickly and efficiently, while committing to no human modification of the original data.
